Keeping to the theme of weird and wonderful furniture, it only seems appropriate to continue onto crazy chairs! Some of these definitely would not be comfortable and the designers really have gone to town with these, but sometimes it’s just about style! Who wants a simple armchair when you can have one of these…?
The Buldang Tube
This is a 30ft long tube that’s designed to be moulded into a range of comfortable armchair shapes. Created in Asia, this fun chair will set you back $2,380, so there’s not much chance of having them in every room in your house! Essentially it’s just a sausage shaped bean bag!

His and Hers Chairs
Who doesn’t want a set of matching his and hers chairs to spruce up the living room? Perhaps not the most comfy chairs for relaxing and watching the TV in, but maybe they’d look good in the dining room?

The Orchid Chair
Definitely a topic of conversation for any guests you have come to visit! Probably more of a focal point than an actual chair, it does have a striking design though, probably making it different to any other chair you’ve got in the house.

The Conflict Chair
To the left? To the right? This chair designed by Aviad Gil coveys the message that for two sides to be able to sit down there must always be a compromise. It is made from Olive wood, universally being the branch that symbolizes peace.

The Living Lounge Chair
Designed to look like a living creature, the black arms are made from poplar wood with a body of micro suede. It was created by JGreen Design, and looks mega comfy. And so it should be given that it costs $7,500!

The Leaf Rocking Chair
This chair was designed with inspiration from the movements of a falling leaf. With its simple design, it would look great in any room, and the low height allows you to relax in multiple positions.

The Surf Chair Workstation
Designed as an alternative to sitting at a desk in the same position all the time, this chair is equipped with numerous pillows along the curved structure to provide ultimate comfort. The design allows you to relax without having to lean into the screen, as it’s suspended in front of you at an easy viewing height.

So there we have it, some truly strange, some thought evoking, and some just for fun!
