NH expands its taste with a trio of culinary aces

The NH Hotel Group strengthens its magnificent and varied culinary offer. Three Michelin star chef David Muñoz has just announced that, DiverXO, his restaurant, will move to the NH Collection Eurobuilding.  Chef Luis Bartolomé will soon follow by opening a new brassiere in the same building with the help of the chef Paco Roncero .  The Group will also launch an exclusive cocktail menu created by famous mixologist Diego Cabrera, who will collaborate at 10 selected cocktail lounges within NH.  The duo formed by Paco Roncero and Diego Cabrera reflect the extraordinary values of the NH Collection: innovation, creativity and exclusivity. As if that weren´t enough and to top it off, guests will now also enjoy Japanese cuisine within the NH Collection Eurobuilding at 99 Sushi Bar, a Japanese reference, which belongs to the Leon brothers. This hotel will now become the place where the best culinary delights in Madrid are to be found and enjoyed.  The city of Barcelona and the NH Collection Constanza will become the setting of choice for Don Giovanni, Andrea Tumbarello´s Restaurant.

Betting on the Brasserie

Our NH Collection Eurobuilding will become a meeting place for the great culinary names.  Legendary chef Paco Roncero is the mastermind behind this new café-restaurant concept of brassiere, which will offer traditional delights on behalf of chef Luis Bartolomé. 

Cocktail Heaven

The NH Hotel Group joins forces with famous Argentine mixologist Diego Cabrera whose expertise will help transform 10 of the NH Hotel cocktail bars in Spain. Cabrera will be helping to train bartenders and launch an exclusive cocktail menu for NH including original creations and legendary classics.

With a privileged palate and an exquisite sense of design and aesthetics, Diego Cabrera is considered to be one of the best cocktail masters in the world today. Among the many international awards received throughout his 15 years of experience, Diego Cabrera was named Best Barman in Spain (2012), European Ambassador of Tanqueray and this year; he was one of the prestigious judges of “Tales of the Cocktails” in New Orleans, USA.

The Embassy of Taste

A reference among Japanese haute cuisine, 99 Sushi Bar will add an exotic taste to the NH Collection Eurobuilding when it opens its doors in the following months.  Led by the Leon brothers, this restaurant, will have a capacity for 75 people and 8 at the bar itself.  Fresh produce and the best Japanese culinary techniques will blend together with sophisticated and exclusive dishes. The professional friendly service makes 99 Sushi Bar one of the most valued Japanese restaurants in Spain. The new menu, created especially for this establishment will offer traditional and cutting edge cuisine on this culinary tatami.

The NH Collection Eurobuilding will complete its gastronomic offer with DiverXO, awarded with 3 Michelin stars, led by chef David Muñoz, a young, rising star that has surprised the world with his unique creations. This enticing trio of aces will make the NH Collection Eurobuilding become Madrid´s culinary meeting point.

A Taste of “Tumbarello” in Barcelona

Sicilian chef Andrea Tumbarello will flaunt his charm in Barcelona with Don Giovanni, a must of Italian cuisine, when it moves to the NH Collection Constanza.  Renown as the “king of truffles” Tumbarello will include this special delicatessen in the menu at his new restaurant.

Star dishes such as the Millesimé Egg, Lasagne della Mamma, or Le Ricciole spinach ricotta will make room among the Carpaccio, burrata and roasted almond pastry and ‘El Bosque’, a chestnut ravioli with cream of nuts and truffles.

Don Giovanni has been awarded with 3 Suns by the Repsol guide and was considered the “Best Italian Restaurant in Madrid” by the Daroca Gastronomical Association (Zaragoza) in 2012.

A Menu with Stars

This amazing trio of stars comes hand in hand with the NH Hotel Group´s bet on haute cuisine. From pioneer proposals such as the NH Breakfasts, a antioxidant delight and its Room Appetite service to two gastronomic jewels: La Terraza del Casino de Madrid, led by Paco Roncero and the Santceloni Restaurant by chef Óscar Velasco. By doing so, the NH Hotel Group will continue to distinguish itself with a taste for excellence.
